Because,

We have relaxed, informative, friendly and targeted viewing trips, when you can see the properties that are appropriate to you and make decisions in your own time that you are going to be happy with for many years to come.

If you would like to see any of our properties please let us know when you are planning to be in Turkey and please give us as long notice as you can.

As you are taking time to look at the properties we have on offer, we will do all the following completely free of charge and with pleasure.

• We will arrange your transfers from and to the airport at your arrival and departure
  
• We will arrange an accommodation for up to 2 people for 1 week.
  
• We will take you a round the area and provide you with some local information
  
• We will show you the properties in your price range and in the localities you prefer.
  
• And as you are our guests and as a nation we like to feed our guests so, along the way we will buy you a meal or two.

This could take up to 2-3 days, then it depends on whether you want to go back and look at some of the properties for a second time or decide to buy one or not to buy one.
